"Play-off" is one of the most enjoyable traditions of the ANIMOCJE Animated Film Festival. Over the course of two evenings, just before the festival, viewers can watch dozens of animated films, the best of which are selected for the Main Competition.
This year's winning film was WHALE 52 - Suite for a Man, a Boy, and a Whale, directed by Daniel Neiden.
A moving story about a boy meeting an older man. Each struggles with their own difficulties, and the book becomes a tool for communication and a tool to help them overcome their fears. The film will be available for viewing again during Main Competition II screening on April 22nd at 5:00 PM.
