Additionally, teachers will have access to teaching materials tailored to the content seen on screen. This is an ideal tool for engaging with children and young people after the screening.
For young audiences, we've prepared Animated Oddities - two-day cutout stop-motion animation workshops, conducted in the form of interactive activities that engage participants in the creative process. Registration is open to warsztaty.animocje@mck-bydgoszcz.pl.
High school students can expect mapping workshops – Echolight – aimed at students from the Fine Arts High School in Bydgoszcz. The aim of the workshops will be to familiarize students with mapping technology and creating animations to music, but above all, they are about sharing creative energy. Animations created during the workshops will be presented throughout Bydgoszcz during the audiovisual walk entitled "Echolight."
We'll invite slightly older audiences to Alternative narratives in animation - 2 days of screenwriting meetings. Participants will leave the workshops not only with a new perspective on creating cinematic stories, but above all with a set of specific narrative tools they can consciously use in their own creative work.
During this year's Masterclass with Nienke Deutz, "Animated documentary; an exploration" our guest will explore the scriptwriting and production process of her latest film, and share her experiences in visual design.
See you at the festival!
